“I worked with Hi-Calibre from 2011 onwards in my role as VP Worldwide Sales for our company. I was looking to recruit Marketing, Sales and Pre-sale staff to support the growth of our company into new geographical territories. Very apt name for this agency! The team were great throughout the process: Informative and conscientious when validating the prospect – clearly diligent in ensure suitability for their recruiter as well as for me as a candidate.

Insightful and encouraging ahead of interview – Felt like a good balance of aiding preparations but also careful not to falsify the process with ‘inside tips’.
